Information about System P.E.S.
More and more Companies are getting conscious of Carbon Footprint, saving
energy and economizing usages of fuel (petrol, diesel).
With present increase of fuel price, firms needs to closely monitor
usage of fuel and protect there fleet of lorries and machinery against theft.
With above on mind our company designee, manufacture and install an instrument
which collect data from each individual vehicle, machinery in regular intervals,
transfer it to data server via GSM service, where all data (info) are saved.
Unit PES monitored:
- GPS position and movement of vehicle / machinery
- journey, switch ignition from on to off
- identification of individual driver
- quantity of fuel in tank
- in case of missing fuel, GPS position vehicle or machine
will immediately show on screen in dispatching (control room)
- RPM of motor including calculation of motohours
- temperature of motor
- hydraulic pressure of fluid
- voltage of battery
- extra structure evidence (i.e. crane, cement mixer, welding machine …)
Floating valve is connected directly to PES to monitor quantity of fuel.
In case of specific construction of vehicle or machinery we will install
our own floating valve.
PES is connected directly to alternator or our own sensor to monitor RPM
of motor and calculate machine performance in motohour.
To monitor hydraulic pressure we use hydraulic sensors.
Our system monitor usage of vehicles or machinery, machine
performance, fuel consumption, calculates running costs and idle time.
Accumulation of above data gives us complete view of economic
running of your vehicle or machinery.
Activity your vehicle or machinery will be effective and will reduce your
financial cost.
The whole system is simple and easy to use by everybody and is unable to be
used or damaged by unauthorised personnel.
Using
Using unit PES – examples:
- agriculture machinery (tractors, harvesters …)
- forest machinery (saw mills …)
- heavy industry machinery (diggers, draggers …)
- industry machinery (crushers, dryers …)
- building machinery (compressors, cement mixers, cranes, derricks …)
- terrain machinery (dozers, compactors, scrappers, graders, wheel loaders …)
- freights
- diesel locomotives
- cars, delivery vans, lorries
- busses, coaches
- arctic lorries with trailers
Driver’s records
Every driver have personalized key, on entry to the vehicle the driver start his
journey by inserting his key on scanner on dashboard. That will monitor his journey.
Assembly
All assemblies of unit PES are simple because the present canals
and openings are used. There is no need for any extra drilling.
Unit PES consist of then following installation parts:
- unit PES
- GPS/GSM aerial
- driver personalized key
It is necessary to calibrate fuel tank to allow exact calculation
of the fuel in the tank.
